Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rashmi co-founded Avrinat Pvt Ltd in 2020, contributing to platforms connecting patients with doctors for remote treatments and establishing learning management systems for students and teachers. The company also assisted numerous women entrepreneurs in taking their businesses online and integrating payment gateways.
